"IWS" refers to the Internet Web Site Echoing the Word.
"User/s", "you" and "your" refers to users of, and subscribers to the IWS.
'Hyperlink' means any mechanism of providing a link from one location on the Internet (or a web page) to another location on the Internet (or a different web page, or a different location on the same web page), and includes any mechanism for linking to, or providing access to, files via the Internet.
'Intellectual Property' means all intellectual property rights as defined by Article 2 of the World Intellectual Property Organisation Convention of 1967, in any inventions, designs, trademarks, trade names, circuit layouts, plant varieties, business and domain names, logos and get-up, confidential information, matter, materials or works accessible on or via the Publisher web sites.
"Internet Services" means the supply of Goods and Services by the Publisher including without limitation access to the Publishers website at www.echoingtheword.com and to anything on the Publishers website including without limitation the Publisher's "Echoing the Word" internet magazine.

It is permissible for the purposes of personal use, to view online or offline any free material on the IWS.
of free material from our IWS for reproduction by the user is permitted
strictly for personal use by the user or for the specific purposes of
the ministry carried on by the user. All such material shall contain full
attribution of the source of the reproduced material including the name
of the publication, the issue number and acknowledge the copyright of
the Author and Publisher.
For any additional copyright permission contact must be made with the Publisher.
Users of the free services offered by the IWS Echoing the Word, may store in digital format in computer terminals, databases or other repositories material that is supplied on the IWS, subject always to these Terms of Service and copyright provision included on this IWS.
